Arnold Fawcett

Owner, Physiotherapist

Arnold is passionate about improving performance through strength and conditioning for patients, ranging from elite athletes to weekend warriors. He is interested in sports medicine and improving biomechanics and strength conditioning to allow athletes to return to top sport. Arnold finds working with seniors rewarding as he helps them stay fit and active. Through acupuncture, Arnold has achieved considerable success in pain relief. Arnold has worked with Team New Zealand, Auckland Rugby, and the North Shore and Auckland high performance gymnasts. Arnold has worked extensively overseas, but returned to the country he loves, where he enjoys multi-sport disciplines – he is a Coast to Coast veteran. He likes to spend as much time as he can surfing and in the snow where he is just managing to keep ahead of his teenage children.

Sarah Russel

Sarah combines her physiotherapy skills with her love of yoga, working with the body holistically, to inspire others to improve their posture, flexibility and range of movement. She is a qualified instructor in yoga (Shivananda) and Clinical Pilates (DMA in Melbourne). She is also a certified Mulligan Practitioner. Sarah has a proven track record in assisting patients with chronic back pain and studies the latest developments in this field. She is experienced in treating a range of musculoskeletal and sporting injuries. Sarah has worked in Canada, the United Kingdom and the United States.

Peter Geddes

Physiotherapist

NZRP, BPhty, MNZSP

Peter has a special interest in sports injuries and orthopaedic physiotherapy. After graduating, he worked in Dunedin for two years, then travelled to the United Kingdom where he managed a clinic in a private hospital for five years. Outside of work, Peter enjoys playing golf, skiing and sharing a pint or two with friends.

Suzanne Prideaux

Physiotherapist

NZRP, BPhed, BPhty, MNZSP

Suzanne has worked as a physiotherapist in England, the United States, Australia, Saudi Arabia and New Zealand, with experience in the areas of neurology, musculoskeletal, orthopaedics, paediatrics and sports medicine. Her Bachelor of Physical Education and experience as a gym instructor, means she is well qualified to assist clients with their rehabilitation and continuation of sporting activities. Suzanne holds coaching certificates in golf, soccer, weights instruction, cycling, aerobics and climbing. She is also a certified Clinical Pilates instructor.
